SaaS Sales Manager:

We’re looking for a proactive sales professional to join our growing team. We’re expecting fast growth and are in need of someone who can help us optimize and scale our sales function. You’ll be in the unique position of building a sales partner network from the ground-up, working with partners on a global scale. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and overall customer adoption through partner engagement, as well as managing a pool of warm leads that includes many famous brands. We’re looking for someone well versed in SaaS sales, demonstrating your expertise by driving revenue and winning key deals in both direct sales and channel sales/partnerships. This role will be highly autonomous, with the expectation that you are able scale a proven sales strategy, as well as build up a team around you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategic sales partnership projects globally
  • Engage the partner’s sales teams and channels to create and drive revenue opportunities
  • Manage direct sales for two tiers of customers- both web-based (self-service) and enterprise-level subscriptions

Talented Front-end Engineer:

We’re looking for a talented front-end engineer with solid knowledge of Javascript and the latest front-end technologies and experience in developing modern, scalable and usable web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation and startups. You should enjoy staying informed about latest trends ( like languages, tools, frameworks, libraries, etc.) using both online resources (magazines, groups and forums) as well as offline ones (events and conferences). We’re looking for someone who can work in a startup environment and be capable of solving both practical and logical problems by finding the optimal solution among many possibilities. You need to know how a typical modern web application architecture is designed (backend/frontend, public / private APIs, REST pattern, authentication, authorization, internal states, etc.) and should be confident with the latest front-end languages and technologies. Outstanding attention to detail is a must, and you should be a perfectionist when it comes to writing solid, modular, maintainable and readable code.

You’ll collaborate with other departments, seeking to streamline our brand while contributing to increased user subscriptions and leads. The ideal candidate has a special gift for communication, is familiar with SaaS and freemium business models and should bring new ideas to the table for attracting a larger audience. We are looking for a smart, motivated and dynamic person with awesome work ethic and forward-thinking mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute growth communication projects in the form of events, videos, talks, webinars, special initiatives, conferences, seminars and non-traditional PR
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
  • Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capturing existing demand across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media

We’re looking for Customer Success Manager to join our team, working alongside our sales manager and marketing team to provide top-notch customer care to our growing user base. You’ll provide phone and email support that’s both commercial, administrative and technical in nature. You’ll give customers quotes, provide in-depth product advice and first level technical support. The ideal candidate is smart, organized and extremely proactive. This position is suited to someone who is a real self-starter with a customer-centric attitude. Responsibilities:

  • Account management responsibility (both technical and commercial) for select customers
  • Take ownership of select leads and follow through to close

You’ll be responsible for defining, executing and reporting on paid advertising campaigns, managing our affiliate network and looking after analytics reporting. The ideal candidate is smart and fast moving with a technical, analytical mindset and the ability to drive innovative new projects through to completion. You’ll work as a part of our marketing team and in direct contact with our founder on creative management, campaign management, ad ops, project management, media buying, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC, PPL and digital advertising campaigns
  • Analyzing campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy
  • Managing ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research
  • Oversee campaign activity and creatives to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
  • Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting quality affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
  • Identifying new advertising opportunities to drive revenue
